Excellence and education are the embodiment of Barbara Lindsey of Lindsey & Associates, a Personal and Business Development Company launched over 30 years
ago. Her innovative platforms include the Los Angeles Black Business Expo started in
1989, a Speaker’s Network promoting and developing speakers like 
Internationally known Les Brown and Dr. George Fraser; Serenity Escapes which
included her famous excursions to a Black-owned Spa Retreat in Mexico. She later
opened her own Spa (just before the Recession) in Laguna Nigel with the support of her
nephew Mark and his wife Mary. She has often been referred to as the FEARLESS
Barbara always finds ways to uplift the Black community and currently uses her Sold
Out Connections social media as a unifying forum. She has received many awards, too
numerous to list, however she shares her greatest accomplishment is educating her
daughter Shauna Williams, thus continuing her brand of excellence!

He s a Business Strategist, Consultant, Speaker, and Author. He is a serial entrepreneur, former English teacher, and former professional football athlete. He has a passion to empower and inspire individuals to be successful. All because he has been helped and inspired during his journey. With the understanding that success is defined differently for all of us, we work with schools, organizations ‘and on special projects that empower people with the tools for success.  He is the author of “Entrepreneur: Your Guide To Starting Your Business” (2020), “Managing Your Brand: You Can Pimp Me, But You Have To Pay Me” (2019), Youth Entrepreneur Impact Program(YEIP) (2018), and numerous other books, teacher guides, workbooks, and articles.

After receiving his degree he got involved in politics and was a financial associate for Congressional Candidates across the nation. Ronell has worked with over 12 Congressional campaigns across America solving their financial data issues to make sure they report correct statements to the Federal Election Commission and remain in compliance. During this time Ronell got involved in training new associates and found an interest in Digital Marketing & Training.

Rita continues her passion of helping and serving people in her community through World Financial Group (WFG) and myEcon both Personal Financial Companies. After working many years for major corporations, Rita decided to start her own business. Her love for children, she opened a childcare business in her home and after 15+ successful years she retired. Rita Chaney was born in Chicago and relocated to Los Angeles in. She is a graduate of Manual Arts High School and Southwest College with a Degree in Business Administration.

Sandra Smarr is President/Chief Editor of “Smart Editing and Consulting.” She is also President/CEO of “Smart Public Relation Services” and oversees both businesses’ client-related activities and functions. Her diligence and enthusiasm adds positively to any project she embarks upon. Sandra has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and Marketing and a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA). Her goal is to equip individuals with the necessary tools to become the best in their field.

What comes to mind when you hear the word HAWK?  Eyesight....Intelligence?  These are certainly the kinds of characteristics that I would say about HHH.

Harold is a man of honor, integrity and charm. Going the extra mile for those that he loves and cares about is an understatement. His heart is full of compassion and like a "HAWK" that spreads its wings when pouncing on its prey, Harold spreads his wings of love to embrace the world around him.  Harold is a connector, which means he selflessly shares his time, talents, and resources with the intent of helping others find their passion and truth.  He is a genuine person in a land where people put on many false faces.

Denise V. Estelle is a native Angeleno, who graduated from Crenshaw High School, and went on to CSUN, then to Windsor University receiving her BA in Theater Arts. She is the CEO of Estelle for Humanity, and producer of the Honor Thy Father Awards. She made history by honoring Black Men at the Staples Center in front of ten thousand viewers for being excellent fathers.  She is the 1st woman to produce a Natural Hair Expo in Los Angeles in 2009 called the "Wooli Me Natural Hair Expo". She was the 3rd Division Marshall for the annual Kingdom Day Parade. She has worked with the Los Angeles Black Business Expo for a number of years as one of the top sales associates. She is very excited to play a role in this now historical event.
